She works hard for the money

I can't believe how much harder women have to work in this industry. Can I get an amen?Nobody can put on a production without a great team... building teams is my forte. Collaborating,Producing, Directing, Coordinating, Organizing, Researching it's all part of the process.Right now I'm working with students at Nossi College of Art. I LOVE them!
